terms of service
last updated: july 17, 2026
these terms of service (the "terms") apply to Chuck Bird (the "bot"). by adding the bot to a discord server or using its commands, you agree to these terms.
1. the basics
Chuck Bird is a free discord economy and game bot. all currencies, items, pets, and rewards in the bot are virtual, have no real-world monetary value, and cannot be exchanged for real money or goods.
2. acceptable use
when using the bot, you agree not to:
- exploit bugs, glitches, or unintended mechanics for unfair advantage (report them instead)
- use self-bots, macros, automation, or multiple accounts to farm progress
- abuse, spam, or attempt to disrupt or overload the bot
- use the bot in violation of discord's terms of service or community guidelines
violations may result in your data being reset or your access to the bot being blocked, at our discretion.
3. availability
the bot is provided free of charge and in active development. we don't guarantee uptime, and features, balancing, or data structures may change, break, or be removed at any time without notice. progress may occasionally be affected by bugs, resets, or rebalancing.
4. your data
the bot stores a small amount of data (discord user IDs, server IDs, and game data) to function. how it's collected and handled is described in the privacy policy.
5. no warranty
the bot is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. to the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of (or inability to use) the bot — including lost virtual progress, feathers, pets, or items.
6. intellectual property
chuck bird is a fan-made parody project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Rovio Entertainment or Sega. all referenced trademarks belong to their respective owners.
7. changes to these terms
we may update these terms from time to time. significant changes will be announced in the support server. continued use of the bot after changes means you accept the updated terms.
